Dr. Banerjee defended his Ph.D. in Microbiology with a focus on the innate antiviral responses to coronaviruses in bats and is now a leading scientist for research into SARS-Cov-2 in Canada. We also discuss the value of taking risks and starting initiatives for graduate students.
