This guided meditation was created to address one of the most common roadblocks I hear from people when they begin to meditate... a busy mind or negative thoughts that they can't let go of. I guide you through how to identify the thought with an emotion, acknowledging the emotion, and allowing it to pass without judgement. This tool can be used for any type of thought that comes up it doesn't necessarily have to be negative.
