Feeling minimized in the corporate world, Vicky decided to go it alone as a solopreneur, focusing on her passion for business turnaround, integration, and leadership development. She is now dedicated to the areas that truly drive her and allow her to work according to her values.

Together, Nia and Vicky discuss the evolving expectations of civility and respect in the workplace and the distribution of leadership behavior across different sectors. They also touch on the transformation of leadership and organizational culture over the past 30 years, considering changes in language, behavior, legal protection, and the impact of remote working and diversity and inclusion metrics.
