I’m really excited to have a guest on the podcast today! Marcos is a fellow passionate gardener like you and me. He’s full of knowledge when it comes to setting up and maintaining edible gardens and brings his expertise as a biologist to these spaces. His current project is to create a thriving garden at the vineyard of Casita Miro on Waiheke Island, supplying their restaurant with fresh, healthy vegetables, flowers, and microgreens. This mini-series will cover various aspects of this project, what he’s done to set up the space, and what he’s growing.
