Join host Clark Wolf as he perches on a picnic table to speak with some of the folks planning and participating in this year’s gathering. Executive Director Carmen Snyder and Program Manager (farmer/cider maker) Ellen Cavalli are joined by award winning author, horticulturalist, sourdough maven, and fermentation pro Sarah Owens, and educator, writer, cook, former restaurant critic and past Pie Contest Grand Prize winner Stephanie Klasen, as they talk about pie, apples, the Fair, their own food histories and so much more.Savoring Sonoma: The Hour, Saturday morning at 5:00 am and Sunday at 10:00 am.
