Episode Drink: The Bittersweet Truth

Ingredients

1 oz white rum

¼ oz cherry liqueur

Top with cava

2 dashes black walnut bitters

Barspoon Fernet Branca bitters

Instructions

1. Combine the rum, cherry liqueur, Fernet Branca bitters, and black walnut bitters in  a mixing glass with ice and stir chilled.
2. Strain into a champagne flute and top off with cava.
3. Garnish with a long lemon twist and serve.
