You'll need an oil base (🥑🥥, sesame or almond) Essential oil (optional) - Most important is that you LOVE it! 👉🏼 for The Love Potion blend try any combo of: Jasmine (⬆️desire & ⬇️nerves) Neroli (⬆️arousal) Sandalwood (⬆️testosterone& drive) Patchouli (⬆️libido & ED) Ylang Ylang (⬆️ libido & endocrine system) Clary Sage (⬆️fertility) Blk Pepper (⬆️ circulation) Bergamot (⬇️ stress) 🤲🏽Combine some oil with the desired any combo of scents in a small glass jar or bowl. 🧘🏻♀️ Sit or stand on an old towel. ❤️Use long deep strokes towards the heart, starting with outer limbs working in, 💞Using long strokes on bones & circles on joints. ⏰ Let it feel GOOD & soak in for 10min, crown to feet. (Could meditate and play with partner massage here;) 🚿 Rinse in a hot shower!
