BlueLine Development (https://bluelinedevelopment.com/) is the developer currently collaborating with the Missoula Housing Authority, Homeword, and other local and statewide entities to build over 400 units of affordable housing in Missoula in the next 2 years. In this interview we talk to CEO and co-founder Nate Richmond about how these projects are made possible, what challenges they face, and the societal issues they aim to provide relief from.
