We’re in our FEELS today, baby. I’m bringing you a slightly longer epi (per your feedback on IG) that dives deep into why we stuff down our true emotions so much, why that is SO bad for us, and how we can break the toxic ass cycle of emotionally numbing and distracting ourselves from how we REALLY feel. We’ll also talk about how sometimes we even hold ourselves back from feeling true joy because we’re punishing ourselves for the past or we think we don’t deserve to be happy.
