Brian Da Silva is a Sous Chef at the brand new Italian restaurant Candela cucina in New Bedford. He is Portuguese, and a New Bedford local with an Italian background in cooking. He has more than 10 years in the hospitality industry making his a seasoned professional. He is not only a Chef but a close friend of mine.
