On this weeks pod we got none other than Matt from The Daily Push. Matt is one of the earliest content creators supplying skaters with knowledge on how to navigate the all encompassing skate lifestyle. Covering all aspects from Injuries, nutrition and how to skate tekkers he is someone I frequently talk with in order to iron out ideas around all things skate performance.


 


Naturally I was pumped to have him on so you guys could bare witness to what is pretty much a standard conversation between 2 guys obsessed with all things skate performance covering topics such as:
