Antonio Alderuccio is a man with a mission. He studied finance and states that food saved his life. He lost his first business and became depressed, and started to cook for his mum that’s when he self-taught how to cook at home. He then came to London to get 2 challenges: the first one to learn English and the second one to get a job in a professional kitchen. Plant-Hub started in 2019 and is operating today with Antonio.
