Description

Louai Al Roumani held the position of Head of Finance and Planning at BBSF, Syria's largest private bank. The country was bracing itself for an era of prosperity when the war suddenly started. This was unexpected and for the next 4 years, Louai and his team were tasked with guiding the bank through the warzone and supporting the Syrian financial system. Since leaving his role and moving to London, Louai has published an amazing book called Lessons from a Warzone; How to be a resilient leader in times of crisis (available on Amazon and Audible).

This conversation was amazing and I learned a great deal from Louai's amazing insights. Always pursue opportunities relentlessly and be strategic
