Back again with another solo episode! This week I convince you (me) that I am not going to let myself skip posting a weekly podcast for a full year. For real. WE'RE IN IT TO WIN IT. I also shared more about my love for the Insight Timer app, including my favorite teacher on there, Kenneth Soares. I listen to this recording of his just about every single day. My 7-year-old listens to Max, Bee, & the Troll King sleep story every night, too. We both highly recommend! I also shared that Jax and I will often listen to kids affirmations on the way to school.
