Description

Welcome to The Marathon Podcast!

A podcast for established runners, future runners, and people interested in running. In this running podcast, we will mainly focus on everything running. Science, nutrition, training, gear, and much more.

Rob Jackson is a 2:33 marathoner, who startet running four years ago. With 100 miles a week, running has become a big part of his life. Last year Rob lost his mother, and he shares how running helped him get through a very difficult time.

Rob is currently tapering and getting ready for the Chicago Marathon 2025. He's goal is to run a sub 2:30 marathon there.
