As a clinic owner I share how I have implemented the $100 or less rule to give my colleagues the power to make decisions on behalf of the clinic. It helps to give me the freedom I am seeking as a business owner too. Because the last thing you want when you're on holiday is a text message that says "we're out of toilet paper."
