How many times have you been finding yourself around people who drain you? 

Sometimes as we evolve, change, get older (and wiser), we find ourselves in need of reevaluating and reassessing our relationships with people.

Today, I’m showing a quick exercise to help you identify which relationships lift you up and who drains you and your energy. This exercise is particularly useful because we often feel obligated to maintain connections due to history, family ties, past favors, you name it.

And guess what? It’s simple, nothing fancy schmancy. All you need is paper and pen and some post-it notes.

It's natural to outgrow relationships over time, and acknowledging this allows you to gracefully transition or redefine these connections. I hope this exercise encourages you to reflect on the energy you surround yourself with. 

Remember, it’s okay to adjust the dynamics of your relationships to better serve your well-being.
