Today I shared some personal experiences around the catalyst in creating a significant jump into my Spiritual + personal growth. ⁣

I believe it takes something significant for us to see things we couldn't see in the past. It comes in ways where we least expect it to, and sometimes in the most uncomfortable ways so that we start to look within at all the trauma, triggers, and ways of being that no longer work for us as individuals. ⁣

Every person that comes on our path is teaching us more than we even realize to heal and continue in the personal expansion. Most humans want to blame, run for the hills, and or project vs. sitting with the beliefs around what's showing up for us. Even when it's hard, painful, and unfamiliar, that's when the most important work is, and it's smacking you in the face to take a look. ⁣
