We are firing up the podcast again after years off. In 2020, we recorded 13 conversations with family, friends and colleagues revolving around performance. This new round of recordings is focused on our experiences navigating the youth sport landscape. We are excited to share these gems from the lockdowns of COVID and introduce our new format, complete with new guests and insights into the world of youth sport!
Adam Rand had his hands full operating a club lacrosse program and selling medical devices during a pandemic. But, he made time to meet up with us and talk about his time as a FOGO at Stony Brook and his pro career after that.
