Episode #5

In the last episode I outlined the Customer Mountain Map, if you haven’t already, go back and to the previous episode (#4) and listen to that either before or right after this one (before would be better).

Now you know the basics I wanted to tell you the truth about a whole range of things that you’ve probably come across and fought with during your time as a business owner.

A lot of these, not everyone will agree with - and that’s fine by me. 

My focus is always on getting customers the right way and the best way. 

If something is popular but does not perform better than what I'm already doing, I'm not going to make it a permanent part of my business. 

I'll try things out often, like any good marketer should. 

Take chatbots for example. They were the hype of 2017-2018 but I knew they wouldn't last and they didn't.
