Prof. Andrew Wallace-Hadrill (formerly University of Cambridge and Director of the British School at Rome) is an eminent archaeologist, broadcaster, director of the Herculaneum Conservation Project and former Master of Sidney Sussex College.
Aimed at both a general audience and Ancient History students studying the Interpretation Question about the benefits of imperial rule for the citizens of Rome, this series will include themes such as Food, Population, Health and Safety, Water and Entertainment, as well as deep dives on each emperor.
