Description

I get distracted when I’m writing. I have to hide my phone from myself. I can check the word count multiple times as I progress from zero to 300 to 550 to 800 and finally to my 1000-word goal. And every writing session has an ebb and flow, a rise and fall that we can learn to navigate with confidence from the shifting of the seasons.

Welcome to The Creative Midwife Show! I’m your host, Kerryn Trisha, creative midwife, organiser of ideas, writer, editor, and writing coach. On the show I take you behind the scenes of writing my book and bring you guests to share their experience writing, editing, and publishing their book babies.

WRITING COACHING

If you're looking for a writing coach to support you in starting or finishing your writing project including everything from emotional & mindset support to technical structure & habit building as well as support with the actual writing... I'd love to hear from you and learn about your project.

My coaching packages start at $1000 NZD for one month of coaching support through Whatsapp voice and text messages.

If that's a little out of your price range, I am putting together a group coaching program with a waitlist coming soon.

EDITING PACKAGES

If you're looking for an editor who champions women's stories, honours your creative choices, works to divine timing (not deadlines), and supports your style of working... I'd love to meet you and hear about your project.

We start with a $500 NZD Editorial Review where I can look at your first 3 chapters to give you feedback and directions on how to develop your book further. The cost of this review can be put towards the price of any of my editing packages.

A full three pass editing package is $5000 NZD including a structural edit, copy edit, line edit of your formatted-for-publishing manuscript, and full access to me on Whatsapp for coaching and support throughout the editing process. If you don’t want a full three pass edit then we can put together a custom package with one or two editing passes to suit your needs from $1000-2000 per editing pass.
