00:00  A What is Trauma? What is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? If we have helpless feelings then that leads to Trauma. When feelings overwhelm us then it leads to Stress. Stress is healthy if used appropriately.
08:35  B  Stress is a good and don't buy into marketing. Trauma is when the body is having effects of stress when you do not know how to switch it off. Feeling of helplessness generates Trauma. New knowledge cannot enter when you are feeling helpless. 
17:00  C  Trauma prevents you to remember the event which you went through. First Example of Trauma: Loss of a loved one and no one pitched in to help you, is Trauma. To suppress the need to feel good is a good muscle. Second Example of Trauma: change in behavior of a close person. Take the help of Ramayana book. Third Example Truama: Getting the idea that you are not good in some areas. 
25:45  D  Solutions-- Meditation, CBT, Prolonged Exposure, Brain Yoga, Yoga, Narrative Therapy, Group Therapy and Medications.  
27:45  E  Re-experiencing the event is very important. Re-experiencing removes the friction of learning the skill. Fearlessness should be the goal in life.
