On Episode 75 of Barbell Radio, I speak with PhD candidate and Powerlifting coach, Kedric Kwan who is currently pursuing his PhD on Rapid Weightloss for powerlifting athletes. He is also a coach/nutritionist for a leading coaching platform "The Strength Guys" and is a nutritionist for -74kg World Champion, Taylor Atwood.




We speak about Kedric's background leading him to pursue his PhD in his field, his personal watercut experience, signs of when you should move up a weight class, and his approach to coaching his athletes.
