Two 45 Min (minimum) Workouts (one has to be outside in the elements), Follow a Diet, No Alcohol or Cheat Meals, Drink a Gallon of Water, Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction/Self-Development Book, and Take a Progress Picture - DAILY. If at any time you fall or miss one of these things - you START BACK OVER ON DAY ONE!
