Episode 76 of TAAM is a deep dive into Yoga for Longevity, from the Taoist perspective, with my Yoga Brother, Andrew Tanner.
Andrew shares his experiences with fasting to promote autophagy (self healing,) talks about the power of toning the gut-brain axis for healthy aging, and encourages seekers to integrate meditation on one’s nervous system from the beginning of their physical yoga journey to create balance with all of the hatha practices.
We dive deep. We laugh, drink tea, and egg each other on like two brothers karmically connected through lifetimes, for two whole hours - and we could have carried on for much longer.
