In 1992, just over 50 experts in the field of science came together at one of the country's top universities to discuss one of humanity's most complicated, emotional, frightening, and perplexing questions: Is there extraterrestrial life? 

Because of the scientific nature of the conference, one might reasonably expect that a scientific conference on such a subject as people who have reported  abductions by "Little Green Men"  ought to be dismissed out of hand. And it certainly would have been, but for the credentials of those organizing the conference. This event was held for five days; June 13-17, 1992.
