In this episode, I have a conversation with my partner, Nemanja Sonero, to share with you how we balance our work and private life. Balancing it all has been an ongoing experiment, and now, in the process of becoming parents, it's more important than ever. It’s a topic that we’re both very passionate about because we love our work and we love each other and want to nourish both.

We live together, and both of us have been working from home since 2020. It was a challenge separating work and private life at first. But we've realized that with clear intention we can create exactly a lifestyle that feels balanced in both aspects. In a relationship, especially when two people are deeply committed to their purpose, it's really important to dedicate space, time, and energy to time “just for us and without any work related things’.
