I have 20 years of Human Resources executive/management experience in all major focus areas within HR. I especially love coaching others to be their professional best at work and during the job search process. I am the author the four job search and career books comprising the One Hour Handbook Series. With my husband, I also co-authored the book Bitcoin Boss: The One Hour Guidance You Need Before Investing in Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrency. My experience includes: interest and traditional-based lead bargaining, employee/labor relations, recruitment, talent development, contract administration, compensation/workforce management, staffing allocation and modeling, talent/hiring systems, HCM technology adoptions, and human resources policy management.
