Simon Gigliotti is the Associate Youth Director of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Victoria. We reflect on our years of studying together and discuss having a positive work ethic whilst living a balanced life with enough rest time. We also discuss his role, and how he sees his mission in the world. Finally, we look at how institutions can hinder vision and mission, and how its possible for organisations to stay true to their purpose
