FARE recently released compelling research looking into the food allergy consumer and their shopping habits. We found that many spend 3-5 minutes looking at a product label before deciding whether to purchase or not. Joining Lisa Gable to talk about the consumer packaged goods industry, labeling, and information sharing with consumers is Geoff Freeman, president and CEO of the trade group representing those companies, The Consumer Brands Association.
