Typically we hear form people we work with that the weekends are the most challenging part of the process. Things crop up when you’re not expecting it, you also want to retain an element of spontaneity where you can. So today expect to hear about:
- Stopping looking at fitness as a Monday-Friday job
- Don’t create a bigger deficit to compensate
- Doubling down on what is working & Integrating key habits into weekend activities
- Progress starts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- There is beauty in planning and executing 80% of the plan 100% of the time
- Creating a bigger deficit earlier in the week or in the day
- Getting up at the same time on the weekends, as the weekdays
