Today we meditate. I guide you through a gentle meditation where we envision the best version of you, what she/he looks like, and the power she/he (you) possess. Now more than ever, meditating can be used for gentle relaxation of the busy senses while calming the busy/overwhelmed mind. Being in quarantine doesn't mean you have to leave your mind or body in isolation. Come-on-in The Healing Room where we meditate together.
