Brief Summary & Bio:
Today we talk about the overwhelming amount of information we deal with in this modern era. How many of your daily distractions are within your control, and how many of your productive hours are absorbed by the continuous onslaught of incoming emails? I brought my own business coach on the show, Alan P. Brown, and he's got plenty of tips and hacks to help us deal with the overwhelm.
As a productivity coach and host of Crusher™TV, Alan P. Brown teaches productivity hacks to crazy-busy professionals and entrepreneurs. The #1 Best-Selling author of “Zen and the Art of Productivity” and a featured speaker in the U.S. and Europe, including TEDx, he uses his online TV show, at CrusherTV.com, to help people live to their potential by “unleashing the power of their brains.
