Heidi DeCoux is a serial entrepreneur that has built and sold multiple businesses and appeared in publications like Forbes. But more recently, the thing that keeps her up at night, is trying to figure out how to revolutionize the public school system.  Heidi and her husband founded a non-profit organization, called Illuminated Life School with the first school opening in Puerto Rico.

We talk about her vision for the organization, the challenges she's faced in launching it and the innovative experiments she's working on.
