Laura has a passion for social transformation. But the structures and rules of her corporate job suffocate her. She is frustrated by 'business-as-usual' practices, the constant focus on profit, and her colleagues' lack of reflection on business ethics. So, Laura wants to spark change from within. Yet she keeps running into resistance: her emails filled with rational arguments and facts often get ignored, and she keeps clashing with colleagues.

In this episode, I coach Laura to help her see why she continues to have fall-outs in the workplace. And I help her understand how she can avoid those conflicts in the future, whilst staying true to herself and her values. Together, we uncover how she can maximize her impact, and actually achieve the social change she aspires to, by getting people on her side (rather than pitted against her).

We break down, bit by bit, how she can work on her own communication style. I call this 'strategic communication' (my clients know all about this).
