The beer guest this week is Ancillary Fermentation, a "pop-up" brewery, spawned off from Bond Brothers Beer Company in Cary. Whit Baker and Sean McKinney visit 919 Beer Podcast to explain. So, Whit and Sean, along with Andy Schnitzer, and Topher Fulton from Bond Brothers have a side project, where they have a monthly "pop-up" event, and introduce a new beer at a different location each month.
