The US Fish & Wildlife Service USFWS retains full authority over the Endangered Species Act (ESA) which allows the cease-and-desist order to be issued. Greg will explain CPW’s role regarding wolves in Colorado. Greg has been traveling the State, and has been heavily involved in recent CPW meetings and even providing testimony on several issues we are facing as the Sportsman community.
