Breastfeeding can be a controversial topic. Why? We don't get it either.

Katie and Tracy are talking about the lingering shame they have felt from struggling to breastfeed their children. You would think such a natural process would be easy, but it's not! From neverending pumping sessions, to using formula, to feeling claustrophobic while breastfeeding, there can be a lot of feelings of shame and inadequacy as a new mom.
