For many years I wore BUSY as a badge of honour however these days, I make an intentional effort to take a step back (as hard as that may be at times), to ensure that I'm coming up for air.
For too long, we've lived within a "hustle culture". So let's talk about that! I have some strategies around moving through this so you can release the need to hustle and embrace where you are.
