Description
I have to cook a turkey for Christmas. I thought I would get the biggest one I could find. 26.5 pounds plus however much liquid I could inject into it. I am looking at 18 hours. I gave me plenty of time because I know I'm going to fall asleep and will need to get back up to temp. Nothing like messing up Christmas dinner..... HERE WE GO.
