This bill should be vetoed because it:

Will harm Florida tourism and property rights
Lacks consumer protection measures
Makes it harder for families to find accommodation due to its maximum occupancy rules
Allows a tax on vacation rentals through unlimited fees
Could cause massive revenue consequences to local and state governments
Will drive vacation rental guests to other states with more friendly markets
