What exactly is HEMP?  That is the question that begins this 30 minute conversation with Ryan Early, the genetic specialist who is at the forefront of researching the plant known as hemp.  According to Mr. Early, Oklahoma is an especially good place for genetic plant research, because of the diverse ecological areas of the state.
