Lauren, a  prolific 20 year AdTech (Advertising & Technology) veteran, experienced (want to link to Lauren’ LinkedIn Page) almost four decades of disparate somatic responses to trauma without being properly diagnosed. Lauren has been being treated for Adrenal Fatigue/High-Functioning Complex PTSD since December  2021 after "living" in Survival Mode unknowingly from under the age of two thru 39.  



Ironically, Lauren was born with a natural ability to connect with others, while being incredibly disconnected from herself.  A walking picture of Complex Trauma – and once you see life through the lens of trauma, you can’t unsee it.
