Feeling it! It’s something we all avoid from time to time - there are thoughts or emotions we don’t want to experience. We try to avoid them (with alcohol or other things) and today I want to talk about them! What do we do when these emotions come up for us? How can we find a better way of getting through instead of just avoiding?
