- The 14th Amendment was in fact NEVER ratified.
- We won’t even go there because the 14th amendment has been in use for so long you won’t get any traction there.
- Amendment 14 Section 1 – All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
- If it isn’t positively stated then it doesn’t apply!

EXAMPLE: If a child is born in France to a married couple that are both American citizens, the child is AMERICAN….is it not?
- The passage of time does not change the definition.
- Congress shall have the power to enforce.
- If Congress can enforce it then the Executive is removed….but wait a minute….is it?
- This is a lot of here-say, I presume, I think….
- We can all envision circumstances such as this one but it has to be ratified FIRST.
- 1868 it means this then in 1968 it means that.
- You cannot run a government like this!
- So in 1868 shortly after 848,000 Americans were killed, Congress decided this was a way to import half of Mexico as US Citizens?
