Just Jocelyn welcomes Cymone Lashae into The Therapist Space to Discuss A Sound Mind. Cymone Lashae is a driven young creative who, while personally affected by a mental health condition, turned that into an opportunity to advocate for other survivors. She is the founder of a faith based non profit organization, "Of A Sound Mind Inc" and often partners with various other mental health organizations around the globe to spread awareness about mental health and mental illness. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for people who are looking for peer-led support, especially in churches and urban communities. Her overall mission is to normalize conversations around mental illness in attempt to stop the stigma around it.
