Caroline is a face to face and online tutor. She is a highly experienced primary teacher, senior leader, and oracy specialist. She is involved with Initial Teacher Education at Leeds Beckett University and supports schools with oracy and parental empowerment. She is the owner of The Kitchen Table Teacher which draws together all her areas of expertise and the CEO of The Kitchen Table Teacher C.I.C. which funds parental empowerment work in the community.www.kitchentableteacher.co.uk
