"It's passionate, it's bold and it's damn well sexy!" (Amy Wright)

This book is steaming hot
This is it. The moment where we enter into a new world of Mills & Boon. With a new look, new feel and a new line of books called Dare they have launched themselves into 2018 with vigour and passion and A Week to be Wild is the first book in the Dare series and if the others are anything like it then itâs going to be a humdinger of a series.
Libby is visiting England for a conference, sheâs a marketing professional and sheâs here to build her business. She does not bargain for adrenaline junky billionaire Alex Lancaster who also just happens to be hotter than hot (of course). When things between them heat up she turns it into a game, determined to keep solid boundaries between them.
OKâsoâdamn this book was steaming, like seriously, my paperback copy almost caught fire it was so hot. There is so much sexual tension between these two, even when they give in itâs still there afterwards. They are on fire. Halloway has managed to create a believable storyline with so much tension, passion, love and still a very good reason for pulling away and creating a will they/wonât they moment.
Iâll be honest I sometimes find the rich billionaire thing a little tiresome but I just loved Alex, he wasnât stuck up or entitled and he felt real. I loved that he was an adrenaline junkie. He enjoyed doing things that anybody would enjoy, he just wanted to get out of the office and have fun and I can totally respect that about him. I had a lot in common with Libby, and I loved how focused she was and that even with a truckload of hurt in her past she found success.
The only things that upset me, itâs far shorter than I would have liked, I felt like there was so much more to this story that we just donât know both before the end and after. All Iâm hoping is that there will be a sequelâplease? Pretty, pretty, please?!
I have to thank J.C.
