In this episode, Former Queensland Police Officer Vonny T gives a brutally honest account of not coping with the pressure and how she tried to escape the constant noise in her head and feelings of no self-worth with a failed suicide attempt.  Vonny T shares this story to help others understand the mindset of a person who is feeling that way, in the hope that they may see the warning signs in either themselves or a friend/family member and encourage that person to seek help.  That life really is worth it and it is okay to ask for help.
